Melynda Cordes

Melynda joined the Hammond team in 2021 as a Marketing Coordinator. Now in her role as a Senior Marketing Specialist, she leads the marketing efforts for the company and assists with business development, playing a key role in generating leads and building relationships with clients. 

Melynda’s deep understanding of the Architecture/Engineer/Construction (AEC) industry, combined with her marketing and business development expertise, enables her to develop and execute strategies that drive revenue growth and profitability.

Melynda is a member of the Society for Marketing Professional Services (SMPS) Central Florida, where she sits on the Board of Directors as the Social Chair and a mentor in the Mentor/Protégé program for new faces entering the industry. Melynda is also a member of Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW) Orlando and sits on the Board of Directors as Co-Director of the Programs Committee and Co-Chair of the Communications and Technology Committee.

Outside of work, Melynda enjoys gardening and spending time with her family.
